CDL schools removed from the FMCSA registry in 2021

As of October 23, 2026, FMCSA's public Training Provider Registry lists 18 training locations as removed in 2021 (removal dates from July 6, 2021 to December 30, 2021). Under 49 CFR 380.721, training conducted by a provider after its removal date is considered invalid.

Removal types reported by FMCSA: Voluntary Removal 18. A voluntary removal is requested by the provider (for example, it stopped training). An involuntary removal is initiated by FMCSA. A voluntary removal does not by itself indicate wrongdoing. Read how removals work.
